1. Using MediaWorks EXP¶
MediaWorks EXP™ provides several ways to locate, organize, and replay recordings stored on an Eventide NexLog Express™ recorder. Once the desired recordings have been found, they can be easily organized into incidents for saving and export. The recordings can also be examined, updated and listened to.
With MediaWorks EXP™ you can also live monitor channel(s), view the status of channel(s), and (if permitted) enable/disable recording on channel(s) for on-demand record/don’t record purposes. The data for each recording can be exported in several ways.

Open one of the supported browsers:
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
Mozilla Firefox
Enter the address of your NexLog Express™ recorder in the URL bar. The address will either be an IP address or a DNS address. Loading this page in the browser will bring you to a login page.

For MediaWorks EXP™ to connect to the recorder with HTTP, port 80 must be open; for HTTPS, ports 443. If you can’t connect, check with your network administrator that these ports are open.
