2. Audience

This user guide provides the procedural instructions and required information to install, configure, and enable the ARC client for NexLog DX-Series recorders through the NexLog Web Configuration Manager.

For this document, administrator-level knowledge of the Web Configuration Manager is assumed for those who are installing the client. See Section 3 - Installing ARC on a Workstation and Section 4 - Configuring ARC for more information.

Call-takers using the ARC Client in conjunction with NexLog DX-Series recorders should review Section 5 - Using ARC and Section 6 - Viewing Audio in MediaWorks DX.
