Initialization
Once the networking has been configured, you should be able to ssh into virtual appliance.
To use the NMA we will need to initialize the VPN service.
To do this, excecute the command sudo ./initializeNMA.sh
Fill in all values as prompted, here is an example.
System name of this NMA (NMA1): eventidenma
Public domain name of this NMA (nma1.example.com): eventidenma.dealer.com
